Raya999 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

By accessing or using the Raya999 Platform in any way, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions. This acceptance is legally binding.

Raya999 reserves the right to reject or block any deposit suspected of originating from unlawful sources, involving money laundering activity, or breaching any applicable Malaysian law.

Withdrawal of winnings at Raya999 is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by Raya999 management.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for regular members, and even faster for Raya999 VIP members.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM50,000, additional verification is required and may take up to 24 hours to process.

A Raya999 account may be terminated in the following ways:
